Service Description

We will coach you through our stretching program, which is proven to restore natural movement patterns. Our class will focus on 3 main steps for each muscle group needing to loosen. 1st release tight muscle groups. Next static stretch the area we just released, ensuring an adequate range of motion. Following opening the area thoroughly, we activate the "Weak" muscle groups opposite the tight area to maintain the new range of motion. Finally, we will practice integration exercises to solidify our learned patterns.
